The Structure Characters of Switch-board Cabinet:

(1) Main frame adopts 8MF type hatch profiled bar. The installation poles of two sides of profiled bar have ¦Õ9.2mm install poles with 20mm and 100mm molds. The inside installation is convenient.

(2) Main frame assembling model has two types which are full-assemble type structure and part-joint type structure(side frame and beam) do users.

(3) Function cells are seperated with each other which can be devided into function unit cell, duct cell and cable cell. The functions of them are independent.

(4) Horizontal main duct adopts flat arrangement back cabinet which can increase generatrix's anti-electromotion function. It is the basic step for main circuit's high strengh ability in case of short circuit.

(5) The design of cable cell convenients in and out of cable.

Use Condition:

(1) Indoor use. The height above sea level of using point is no more than 2000m

(2) Surrounding temperature is not more than40 and not less than -5. The average temperature in 24 hours is not more than 35. If exceeds, temperature should be lowered according to fact

(3) Surrounding humidity is 40 which is not more than 50%. On condition of lower. Temperature, huge relative humidity is allowed. When temperature is 20, the allowed humidity is 90%. The change of temperature may result dew, which should be considered

(4)The inclined angle is not more than 50 when installation. In addition, whole cabinets are arranged in flat which suits GBJ232-2 standard

(5)It should be installed in non-shake and non-impact occasions which have no corrosion

(6)If user have special demands, it can be settled with manufacturer
